Difficulty level: Like all SPS corals, it is a delicate coral reserved for aquarists with some experience and a stable aquarium with excellent water parameters. It can easily bleach when in contact with other corals.

Lighting: Strong to very strong lighting. Its coloration will depend on the intensity and color temperature of the lighting.
Aquarium placement: Upper area.
Reproduction in captivity: Easy to propagate by fragmentation; simply breaking off a branch and attaching it to a base with epoxy resin or any cyanoacrylate-based adhesive will produce a new colony.
Feeding: Based on the compounds it obtains from its zooxanthellae.
